1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and browsing FluxDraw, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all terms stated on this page, do not continue to use FluxDraw.
2. Intellectual Property & License of Content
Unless otherwise stated, FluxDraw and/or its author (Elmehdi) own the intellectual property rights for all original text tutorials, explanatory schematics, guides, benchmark analysis, and proprietary web utilities published on FluxDraw:
- ComfyUI JSON Workflows: All downloadable
.jsonworkflow files provided on FluxDraw are released under open-source educational guidelines (MIT or Creative Commons CC-BY 4.0), permitting you to use, adapt, and build upon them for both non-commercial and commercial generative AI projects. - Tutorial Text & Visuals: You may not republish, sell, rent, sub-license, or duplicate written editorial content, bespoke comparison diagrams, or site brand assets without prior written attribution and a direct link to the original article on
www.fluxdraw.com.
3. Generative AI Models, Weights & Community Nodes
FluxDraw provides educational guides and parameter tuning for third-party diffusion models (including FLUX.1 [dev], FLUX.1 [schnell] by Black Forest Labs, and Wan 2.2 Video Diffusion):
- Model Licenses: You agree to comply with the respective model licenses established by their original creators (e.g., FLUX.1 Non-Commercial License for [dev], Apache 2.0 for [schnell]). FluxDraw does not distribute copyrighted model weights directly; we provide configuration workflows and references.
- Custom ComfyUI Nodes: Community nodes referenced in our guides are maintained by independent open-source developers. Users are responsible for auditing third-party Python scripts and dependencies installed via ComfyUI Manager.
4. User Conduct & Acceptable Use
As a condition of using FluxDraw, you agree not to use the website, our prompts, or workflows for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including:
- Generating illegal, non-consensual explicit material, harmful, or defamatory imagery violating international laws or AI safety regulations.
- Attempting to bypass site security, perform automated scraping that degrades server performance, or inject malicious payloads.
- Posting spam, abusive commentary, or unsolicited promotional links in the article comment sections.
5. Hardware Liability & Performance Disclaimer
Machine learning workflows and local diffusion models are computationally intensive and require significant GPU VRAM, power draw, and sustained thermal dissipation:
FluxDraw and its contributors shall not be held liable for any hardware damage, system crashes, Out-of-Memory (OOM) errors, thermal throttling, or data loss resulting from running workflows, quantized GGUF weights, or custom CUDA environments discussed on this website. Users run local computational processes at their own discretion and risk.
6. External Hyperlinks & Third-Party Resources
Our website frequently links to external repositories (e.g., GitHub, Hugging Face, Civitai, Discord). While we endeavor to curate only reputable, safe, and authoritative resources, we have no control over the content, security, or availability of third-party platforms. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement.
